At AYON, we want to ensure a transparent and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Please carefully review the following shipping policy before placing an order.

 


 

 

1. Processing Time

 

 

  • All orders require 3–4 business days for processing and preparation before shipment.

  • Each leather sleeve is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it meets our premium quality standards.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

 


 

 

2. Delivery Timeframe

 

 

  • Estimated delivery time within the United States: 10–15 business days after the order has been processed.

  • Please note: shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on postal service performance, weather conditions, or national holidays.

 

 


 

 

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

 

 

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active on the courier’s system.

 

 


 

 

4. Delays

 

 

  • Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays once the order has been shipped and is in transit.

  • Unfortunately, once your order is dispatched, we cannot expedite or influence the shipping process — delivery speed is solely dependent on the postal carrier.

 

 


 

 

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

 

 


 

 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

 

 

  • Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, AYON is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

  • Customers are encouraged to monitor their tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

 

 


 

 

7. Shipping Restrictions

 

 

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

 

 


 

 

8. Holidays & Peak Seasons

 

 

  • During holiday seasons, delivery times may be extended beyond the usual 10–15 business days.

  • We recommend placing orders well in advance if you need your product by a specific date.
